Administrators and managers with the Create Event permission can update the event creator (primary instructor).
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Virtual Events or In-Class Events
- Select the event from the list.
- Select the offer from the list.
- Under the Add Academy Instructors block, you can add instructors and select who should be the primary instructor (owner) of your event.
- Select Save when finished
Note:
- Non-administrator members can only update the Event Instructor for the events that they own.
- Members cannot edit an event or add an instructor within one hour before the start of the event.
