Opening the SCORM file the learner receives the message:
“We were unable to launch your course. Please try again, or contact your system administrator to resolve the issue. Error reference: 4eb376fc-ef6d-41b8-a283-9c56390e03b2“
Additionally, when trying to download it, this message appears:
"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it."
Answer:
Reupload the SCORM file.
Note: Check the Course Configurator (UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Courses > select course > Configurator > Lessons Progress > For updates: Yes) before updating the SCORM file, as this may affect the progress of those who have already completed the lecture:
