If you are an Administrator, Training Manager, or Course Instructor you can allow your users to download the lectures or files from a Course.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Courses
- Select the course you want to allow the download lectures or files from.
- In the Course Panel select Lectures > Lectures.
- Select the option to Allow or Deny Downloading of Document Lectures. This gives you the option to edit the lectures in your course.
- Under Download document lectures and supplemental material, when you select the Allow option.
- A download icon will be shown in your Course's documents and the enrolled users are able to download them.
If this setting is active, users will be able to download document lectures (limited to documents; images, videos, and MP3 files are not included). Additionally, they will have access to download all types of Supplemental Materials, including documents, images, videos, and MP3 files.
