If you have permission to manage academy members, the Guests tab on the Manage Members page allows you to manage and review your Academy's Guests.

Manage Guests
On this page, you can search for a specific Guest using the search bar. Once you find them you can Remove them or Convert them to an Academy Employee. Also, under each Guest's name, you can View their Profile or View their Reporting.
To remove a Guest, select the checkbox next to their name and select Remove. Once you do the Guest becomes a Past Guest and you can find them under Past Guests.
If you select to Convert a Guest to a Team Member, the Guest will become a regular user of your Academy and you will be able to find them under Team members.
