Use Deep Links in Your Academy

Deep linking, or Private Share Links, allows an academy member to find a specific course or resource more easily when not logged into the Learning solution. The member can click a link, log into the Learning solution, and be taken directly to the course or piece of content.

The individual using the link must have access to the content or course in the Learning solution.

Find Course Deep Links

Navigation: UKG Learning > Learner Workspace > Training > Catalog

1. Find the appropriate course.
2. Select the course title. The course information page opens.
3. Scroll to the Learn on the Go section. 
   
   
4. From here, either:
   1. Copy the QR code directly into an email or other communication.
   2. Select Download this QR code. Selecting this hyperlink creates a PDF with the QR code and a link to the course.
      
      
      

Find Resources Deep Links

Navigation: UKG Learning > Learner Workspace > Resources

1. Find the applicable content.
2. Select it by name.
3. Select Download QR Code. A new tab opens with a PDF of the QR code and a clickable link to the resource.
