You can create badges that are automatically awarded upon learning path completion. These badges appear in the user profile, and can be used as an extra motivation for employees.
To create learning path badges, you first need to turn this option on within your academy settings.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Settings > Social > Badges
- Turn the Learning Path Badges toggle to On.
- Select Save.
Now you can create the desired learning path badge which employees are awarded automatically upon learning path completion. Badges are also awarded retroactively if learners have already completed the learning path.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Learning Paths
- Select the learning path.
- Select Badges from the Learning Path Panel.
- Set the "Do you want to add a Badge to your Learning path?" toggle to yes.
- Add a badge name.
- Upload an image if needed. Please note the image size should be 400x480 pixels.
- Change your badge icon, shape, color, and other options if desired.
- Select the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your badge.
Note:
Academy administrators have the option to revoke a badge if needed.
