After purchasing a subscription package for your academy you can manage the courses within this package and assign them to your employees.
Assign Subscription Courses
Navigation: UKG Learning > Team Workspace > Self-Paced Training > Assign Training
- From the Choose Type drop-down list, select External Courses. These are all the subscription courses purchased for your academy.
- Select the training you want to assign. Use the search bar if needed.
- Assign this course as you would any other Academy course. See the Assign Training help topic for more information.
Important:
Learners must be allocated a license before being assigned to a course.
Use Subscription Courses in Learning Paths
Add external courses as steps to a learning path in the same way as academy courses.
Important:
The order of actions is important when assigning a learner a learning path that contains purchased courses. The learner must first be granted a license, then the learning path can be assigned. If you assign the learning path and the learner does not yet have a license, the purchased courses will not be assigned to them when they are later given a license.
Unassign Subscription Courses
Navigation: UKG Learning > Team Workspace > Self-Paced Training > Unassign Training
- From the Choose Type drop-down list, select External Courses. These are all the subscription courses purchased for your academy.
- Select the training you want to unassign. Use the search bar if needed.
- Unssign this course as you would any other Academy course. See the Use the Unassign Training Page help topic for more information.
Send Announcements
Send announcements to the learners in your subscription courses the same way as you do for your academy courses. See the Send Announcements help topic.
Report on Subscription Courses
Navigation: UKG Learning > Team Workspace > My Team Dashboard > Training
- Select Courses from the navigation bar
- Select External Courses from the drop-down list after the search bar.
- Select a course by name.
