Every user in the academy has a profile. This profile shows information about the user, as well as their accomplishments. You can change many of the settings relating to yourself on your profile page.
Navigation: UKG Learning > My Avatar > Profile
To go to your profile, click on your profile picture in the top right and select Profile.
- Select Edit Profile. This activates the Edit buttons next to items in your profile.
- Select Edit next to the information you want to change. The following options are editable, depending on the Academy settings defined by an Administrator.
- First, last, and preferred name - Your Administrator may allow you to select which name will be displayed in the Academy, legal or preferred.
- Country
- Languages and preferred language - Please see the Change Your Preferred Language help article.
- Birthdate - Change your birthday by selecting a date from the pop-up calendar.
- Custom Attributes - Based on the attribute, you may need to add text or a number, select an option from a dropdown, or pick a date from a calendar.
- Short Bio - Add a few words about yourself
- Education - You can add a new one, or edit the ones you previously added.
- Experience - You can add a new one, or edit the ones you previously added.
- Profile Picture - Add, update, or remove your profile picture by selecting Upload Photo or Remove. The size limit for this is 4MB, the max resolution is 1920px by 1920px and the minimum resolution is 175px by 175px.
- Select Save.
- Once you have made all your changes, select Done Editing.
Note:
The information you are able to edit depends on which information your Academy Admin has permitted you to edit.
