Courses and learning paths have a QR code on their Details page. When this code is scanned, users are taken to the course or learning path. This code can be downloaded as a PDF to distribute offline.
Course QR Codes
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Courses
- Select the course.
- Select Preview.
- Select Preview details page.
- Scroll down to the Learn on the Go section and select Download this QR code.
- Select the Download this QR Code link. This will download a PDF with the QR code for this training material.
Learning Path QR Codes
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Learning Paths
- Select the learning path.
- Select Edit Learning Path.
- Select Preview learning path.
- Scroll down to the Learn on the Go section and select Download this QR code.
