When an Administrator has set up Skills in your Academy and learner assessments have begun, you can track these assessments to gain insight into your team's skill performance.

Skills assessments can be reviewed in three ways:
- By Skill
- By Job
- By Person
Note:
These pages only take Manual and Automated assessments into account. Self-assessments do not contribute to the scores presented in these dashboards.
Assessment by Skill or Job
Assessing by Skill or Job allows you to understand where each individual stands compared to their peers.
- Select the By Skill or By Job tab.
- Select the skill or job by its title. A new page opens listing the average score for each learner. The average score includes manual and automated assessments, but not self-assessments.
- Select a learner by name. You are taken to their Assessments By Person page. Here you can further review a learner's performance.
- Select the graph icon to see a learner's performance over time.
Assessment by Person
- Select the By Person tab. Here you can filter and search to find specific learners. There are columns for Best Job Ranking, Avg Job Score, Best Skill Ranking, and Avg Skill Score to allow you to compare and evaluate learners.
- Select a learner by name to review their detailed results. You can display the combined results from Managers and Online Training or check the results separately.
- Select a specific job or skill to review a learner's progress over time.
