You can create pools of questions for course- and learning path connected polls. This allows you build a database of poll questions that can be easily added to new polls.
Ownership
The Pool belongs to the owner, and can contain tasks they created within any academy.
Non-admin users can only view and add questions from their own pools and admin/training manager pools. They cannot see other users' pools. However, admins of the academy can use these groups of tasks in order to create new polls in their training.

We review course pools in this article, but the process is similar for learning path poll pools.
Add a Poll to a Pool
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Polls
- Use the Part of course filter on the left-hand side to display polls associated with a course. For Learning Paths, select the Part of learning path filter.
- Select the desired Poll from the list or create a new poll.
- When adding questions to an existing or new poll, scroll to the bottom and select Add to pool to add all questions added to a pool. You can also create a new pool here.
Add Multiple Polls to a Pool
To add multiple polls to a pool at once, select Polls > Manage Polls in the Course Panel.
Select the check boxes next to the desired polls and select Add to Pool.
Add a Poll from the Pool to a Course
If you want to add an existing poll to a course, you can do this under Polls -> Poll Pools in the course management panel.
Filter the results based on the pool name and select Add to Course to add the poll to your course.
