You can easily update the categories associated with multiple training items at once.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Configuration > Training Items Listing
There are three tabs available:
- Courses
- Learning Paths
- Resources
The process is similar in all three cases.
- Select Courses, Learning Paths or Resources. Once you select the needed listing page you will be redirected to a page that lists all the available items you have (courses, learning paths, or resources).
- Filter by Category or search using the search bar.
- Select items by selecting the checkbox on the left of each item. You can also select all items listed by checking the top checkbox.
- Select Open List to give a final look at the items you have selected.
- Verify that you have selected the needed items and use the Select Category dropdown to select the category/ies you want to add these items under.
- Select Associate to complete the process and associate the selected courses/learning paths/resources with the selected category/ies.
From this page, you can also change the categories of your courses/learning paths/resources.
- Use the Select Category drop-down next to the item you need to update.
- Select the needed category/ies.
- Save when finished.
Note:
- Only a single category selection is available for the Learning Path listings. For Courses and Resources, you can select multiple Categories.
- For Courses and Learning Paths, the Priority option does not currently function.
