It is important that your time zone is set correctly in your academy.
Navigation: UKG Learning > My Avatar > Settings > Privacy and Preferences > Time zone
- Select your preferred time zone from the drop-down list. Your selection is saved automatically.
All time-related activities — like enrollments, completions, and reporting — will be shown in your preferred time zone.
Note:
- All Daylight Saving Time (DST) clock changes are automatically applied.
- All members’ time zones default to their internet browser time zone on their first login.
- This setting will affect all times and dates shown on reports, certificates, and dashboards.
- If the user logs in via SSO and no specific time zone has been defined, the dates and times on their dashboard, certificates, and so on do not automatically change.
The member's preferred time zone is displayed accordingly when setting a completion date or a due date on the Assign Training pages or Employees' Dashboard.
Example:
Admin’s time zone: EEST (GMT+3)
User’s time zone: AKDT (GMT-11)
On 06/15/2023 the Administrator adds a due date of 06/17/2023 for one of the member’s courses. This means that the due date that the Administrator sees for this member is 06/17/2023 at 00:00 EEST. The same due date is 06/16/2023, 21:00 AKDT for the member, and the due date that the member sees under the course card is 06/16/2023.
