Access Your Academies

If you are a member of multiple academies, you can switch between your academies by selecting the current academy name on the top left of the page. 

1. Select the arrow by your Academy name. A list of available Academies appears.
   
2. Select an academy from the list.

Change Your Landing Page

If you belong to more than one Academy, you can control which one opens when you log in. The landing page you choose must be associated with an academy to which you belong, so you may only have one option. You can change this in your account settings.

Navigation: UKG Learning > Your Profile Picture > Settings > View privacy and preferences > Landing Page

1. Select the Academy you want to open when you log in.
2. Select the Workspace in that Academy you want to open when you log in.
3. Those with Academy Admin access can also select their default Academy Workspace section; Academy Admin, Training Admin, or Development Admin. Choices are automatically saved.
   

Note:

The landing page setting does not determine which login page the user is redirected to after logging out.

Logout Behavior When Switching Academies

In the following scenario:

• The user's default landing page is set to Academy A.
• Upon logging in, the user manually switches to Academy B during the same session.
• The user then logs out while still in Academy B.

Expected Behavior:

Upon logout, the user should be redirected to one of the following:

• The login page of Academy B, or
• The logout page of Academy B.
