As an Academy Admin, you can create Academy Events. Academy Events are quick Events that you can create from the Calendar and are visible to all Academy Members.
To create a quick academy event, navigate to the calendar on a Home Page within either the Team or Academy Workspaces.
Important:
You are currently unable to create Academy Events within the Learner Workspace Calendar.
Select a future date, and a pop up will appear where you can add some basic information about your event (Title, Description, Location, Start/End time).
To edit the quick academy event, simply select it. It reopens and can be edited. After the edits select Save.
To delete the quick academy event, select the Delete button.
You can choose a color for Academy Events.
Note:
The quick academy events are not part of any email notification in the system. Academy events were created in order to give Admins the option to create a quick event for all academy members. Any other additional functionality is covered by the In-Class or Virtual Events.
