Create Games

In the Learning solution, you can build games to add motivation and fun to learning. Administrators create different levels and choose which populations in the Academy can unlock levels of the game.

Note:
Points awarded through games or any activity that awards points are not applied retroactively. Points are only awarded when the activity or game is set up as described in this article.

Activate Games in Your Academy

Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Settings > Social > Gamification

  • Points in Games are not given retroactively. They are awarded only to actively participating users. Users joining a game after it has already begun, start accumulating points when they begin participating.

  • Activities completed by an admin will not reward any points to the user.

Each user can see their active games as well as the current progress on these games in their ePortfolio (UKG Learning > Learner Workspace > ePortfolio) under the Badges tab.

Note:
Administrators can enable an in-app notification that will inform the user about the points earned for each one of the activities. Go to UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Notifications > Academy. Under the Social type, select Games
