Academy courses can be Public, visible to employees and/or external members, or they can be kept Private if needed.
To make a course public, select the Private button.
You are given the option to select which groups of members you want this course to be visible.
- Choosing “Employees” allows all of the internal members of the academy to see the course on the Academy’s page.
- A marked “Guests” box will allow external members of the academy to view and take this course.
You can choose one or both of these options. Once you’ve made a decision, select apply.
The course is marked as Public, but is only available to the groups you have chosen.
