Connect a Zoom Account to a Personal Profile

Zoom accounts can be connected with personal Learning profiles, allowing managers to use their personal Zoom accounts to create and initiate Live Sessions in the Academy. You can connect your Zoom Meetings account, your Zoom Webinars account, or both.

Navigation: UKG Learning > Profile Picture > Settings > View integrationsZoom > Zoom Meeting or Zoom Webinar

  1. Set a number for the Participant Limit. Your Zoom account limits the number of users you can invite. 
  2. Select the Connect button. You are redirected to Zoom.
    1. Enter your Zoom credentials in the panel that opens and select Sign In.

      Note:
      The first time that your account is connected with the UKG Learning solution, you must allow the Learning solution to access your Zoom account.

      Check your Zoom account and make sure that you have all of the necessary permissions:

      • View and manage all user webinars (write permission)
      • View users’ information and manage users (write permission)
      • View all user information (read permission)
      • View report data (read permission)
      • View all user webinars (read permission)

       

Your Zoom account is now connected with your Learning solution account.
