You can notify the registrants of your upcoming event by using either Individual Notification or Advanced Notifications. You can only notify learners of upcoming events, not past events.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Team Workspace > Instructor-Led Training
- Locate and select the event and then the offer.
- Select the ... icon in the final column to open a More Actions menu.
- Select Notify team members. The Notify Users screen opens.
- Choose to send notifications By person or By criteria using the tabs. Select the learners to notify.
- When you notify learners By criteria you can select to notify all of the registrants or just the Pending Registrants.
- Add a message,
- (Optional) Select the Upload Attachment button to attach a file to the announcement.
- Select the Notify button.
Note:
Event times in notifications appear in the recipient's time zone.
