Notify Learners of an Event

You can notify the registrants of your upcoming event by using either Individual Notification or Advanced Notifications. You can only notify learners of upcoming events, not past events.

Navigation: UKG LearningTeam Workspace > Instructor-Led Training

  1. Locate and select the event and then the offer.
  2. Select the ... icon in the final column to open a More Actions menu. 
  3. Select Notify team members. The Notify Users screen opens.
  4. Choose to send notifications By person or By criteria using the tabs. Select the learners to notify.
    1. When you notify learners By criteria you can select to notify all of the registrants or just the Pending Registrants.
  5. Add a message,
  6. (Optional) Select the Upload Attachment button to attach a file to the announcement.
  7. Select the Notify button. 

Note:
Event times in notifications appear in the recipient's time zone.
