Connect a WebEx Account to an Academy

You can use a WebEx account in the Learning solution to connect to your virtual events. 

Connect Webex with Your Academy

Navigation: UKG LearningAcademy Workspace > Settings > Academy > Virtual Events Integration

  1. Select Integration with Cisco - Webex.
  2. Fill out the details of your account.
  3. Select Connect.


     

Note:

  • You can have one Webex account being used for all Virtual Events in your Academy.
  • The capacity field will define the number of attendees allowed for your Virtual Events.  

Important:

  • Only users that have registered in the Learning solution with their emails can participate in Virtual Events. Users with usernames cannot register in Virtual Events.
  • Webex requires a password for all training sessions. It is advisable to use a unique password for every event.
  • You need to have at least one registrant to start the event. 
  • Virtual Events can only be one-day events.
