Update My Password

You can change your password at any time from your Settings.

Navigation: UKG Learning > My Avatar > Settings > View Account Settings > Change Password

1. Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
2. Provide a new password in the New Password field.
   Note:
   Passwords should meet the following requirements:
   • Minimum length: 8 characters
   • Maximum length: 64 characters
   • At least one uppercase character
   • At least one lowercase character
   • Not more than three identical characters in a row (e.g., aaa or 111)
   • Your password cannot include your first, middle, or last name
   • Your password cannot be the same as your username or email
   • Password cannot match academy names
3. Enter your new password in the Confirm Password field.
4. Select Save.
