Archive a Learning Path

You can archive learning paths you are no longer using. This hides the learning path from all users, but allows you to make it active again later.

Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Learning Paths

1. Locate and select the learning path you want to archive.
2. On the Learning Path Panel, select Edit Learning Path.
3. Select Archive Learning Path. Once you select this option, you are redirected to another page where you need to select one of the following options:
   1. Do not unassign enrolled users
   2. Unassign users who have not completed the learning path
   3. Mark all non completed users as completed by admin

Note: 

• Courses that are part of this learning path are not archived.
• The learners remain enrolled in the learning path's courses.
• Training events that are associated with this learning path will be turned into standalone events.
• All of the relevant auto-assignment rules will be deleted.

After you archive your learning path you can find it under the learning path listings page and the reporting features if you filter for archived learning paths.

Note:

The archival buttons may be unavailable if you have started a restoration for this learning path recently. You may need to wait for the process to complete before the buttons become available again.
