Configure the Sequence of Courses in a Learning Path

Administrators or users with permission can set the sequence of the curriculum's courses and whether the sequence is optional or mandatory.

Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Learning Paths

1. Select the desired learning path from the list. 
2. Select Courses.
3. Drag and drop the courses into the desired sequence.
4. (optional) Adjust the Course Sequence setting. By default, the course sequence is set to Suggested and the learner can attend the different courses of a learning path in any order. To make the sequence mandatory, select the Mandatory option for "Course Sequence is".
   Note: If you have added optional courses to your learning path, you will have the ability to skip optional courses and move on to mandatory training.

You can also use the learning path scheduler to pace a learning path. Set each course to be available a specific number of days after the learning path enrollment date or after the previous course completion date. See the Use the Learning Path Scheduler article for more information.
