Your Resources is a place where members can share content with others within the academy. As an Administrator, you can create content categories and subcategories and set different access (read/write) rules for them, based on roles and jobs. Learners who enter the resources section can see and store content based on their access rules.
Activate the Starting Page
Set the Starting Page and select which content blocks appear on the page.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Settings > Training > Resources
- Locate the Do You Want a Starting Page for Your Resources? section and set the toggle to On.
- For each Starting Page block you want to appear on the page, switch its toggle to On. There are three content blocks available:
- Recently Viewed - Displays the last four items viewed
- Most Popular - Displays the four most viewed items in the Academy.
- Favorites - Displays each item the learner marks as a Favorite.
- Select Save.
View the Starting Page
When a member visits the Resources, the Starting Page is the first page they see.
