You can create badges that will be automatically awarded to your employees upon course completion.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Settings > Social > Badges
- Turn the toggle for Course Badges to On.
- Select Save.
Now that you have activated the course-badges for your academy, you can to go to the Course panel of the desired course and add a badge which employees are awarded automatically upon course completion.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Courses
- Locate and select the course.
- On the Manage Course page, select Badge, either from the quick tools or from the Course panel.
- Add a badge name.
- Upload an image if needed. The image size should be at least 400x480 pixels and the maximum file size is 1 MB.
- Change your badge icon, shape, color, and other options if desired.
- Select the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your badge.
Once a user completes this course, they are awarded with the created course-badge and can view it in their ePortfolio.
Note:
- Badges are awarded retroactively if learners have already completed a course at the time of badge creation.
