Certification categories include:

  • Course Certifications
  • Learning Path Certifications
  • Event Certifications
  • External Certifications - Uploaded certifications used to obtain credits for external training.
  • External Course Certifications - Certifications for purchased courses.

Training Certificates

Training certificates are awarded on completion of training. This includes:

  • Course certifications
  • Learning Path certifications
  • Event certifications
  • External course certifications

Under each training certificate, you can see the primary instructor and the day you were awarded the certificate.

Selecting View certificate brings up the certificate of completion. The certificate includes the completion date and expiration period for the certificate. This information is displayed in the bottom left corner of the certificate. You download your certificate by selecting the Download button. Once downloaded, you may also print your certificate.

External Certificates

External Certificates are all the certificates you have uploaded yourself, along with the credits you have requested for them. Upload a new external certificate by selecting the + button. Fill out the required information, upload a copy of the certificate, and select the Save button. Download an external certificate by selecting the View certificate link. Once the certificate opens, select the Download button.

Certificate Visibility

Administrators can control the visibility of users' certificates. This can be managed by adjusting the academy settings in UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Settings > Academy > Team Member Settings, in the Academy Profile section.
