Academy Administrators can set the order their training items appear in the Resources list. You can also add items to a Promoted Content block that can be added to the Academy home page. See the Academy Home Page help topic for more information on available content blocks.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Settings > Training Items Listing > Resources tab
- Move the toggle to yes for each item you want to add to Promoted Content.
Important:
Content category visibility rules outweigh the Promoted Content rules. For example, if a video that is part of a category not visible to all employees is set as Promoted Content, it is not visible in the Promoted Content block for anyone without access to that category. - Set the Promoted Content items in the order you want them to appear in the block. The item with the highest number appears first and continues in descending order. Any items with no number added (zero) will appear after the numbered items, with the most recent populating first.
- Select the Save Changes button.
