Administrators can add, assign, change, or remove current or previously assigned training due dates.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Team Workspace > My Team Dashboard > Training
By Employee
- On the Employees tab, locate the learner. Use the drop-down filters or search bar if needed.
- Select the View Reporting link for the learner. You are taken to a new page and begin on the Course tab by default. Select the Learning Path tab if needed.
- Locate the course or learning path. Use the drop-down filters or search bar if needed.
- Select the wrench icon. The section expands.
- Add, change, or remove the due date.
- Select the Save button when finished.
By Course or Learning Path
- Select the Courses or Learning Paths tab.
- Locate the course or learning path and select its title.
- Locate the learner. Use the drop-down filters or search bar if needed.
- Select the wrench icon for the learner. The section expands.
- Add, change, or remove the due date.
- Select the Save button when finished.
Both methods update the due date field when you refresh the page.
Note:
- Due dates should be only future dates
- You can only add or edit the due date for an assigned course. This field is unavailable if a learner self-enrolls in the course.
- Course due dates displayed on the team dashboard may appear differently for users in various time zones. This variation occurs because the due dates are shown based on the local time zone of the individual viewing the dashboard. As a result, some users may see slightly different dates than others, depending on their location.
Mass Update
Administrators and Training Managers with Assign Training permissions can update the due dates for multiple learners at once.
When in the Team workspace, select Self-Paced Training > Assign Training.
Select the Download Template icon to download the template. See the Assign Training help topic for more information.
Note:
- Due dates should be only future dates.
- You only have the option to add/edit the due date for a course that has been assigned. If a user has self-enrolled in the course, the relevant field will be disabled.
