Users with Admin rights, Training Managers and Managers with the Assign Training permission can assign training to the employees that are under their authorization. Managers can only assign courses and learning paths they can view through their permitted categories. However, Admins can allow them to assign some other courses and learning paths.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Settings > Academy > Training Assignment Settings
Select whether the Assigners can assign the following:
- Uncategorized Private Courses and Learning Paths
- Categorized Private Courses and Learning Paths
- Courses and Learning Paths they created that are now in categories they no longer have access to
- Only admins can unassign or reassign training and edit due dates assigned by an admin
Select Save to apply your Academy settings.
