There are times when the Academy Administrator needs to restrict the location, either by IP or physical address, from which learners can view their training. An Admin can do this by following the steps in the following article: Limit Access to Training Based on Location.
If you are trying to attend a course that you are already enrolled in or assigned to and you receive the following notification message, it means that you are trying to access this course from a location that you are not allowed to, such as accessing a course from home that must be completed at your workplace.
Note:
When Admins proxy in as an hourly worker, the "Limit access" will be overridden.
