Learner Settings

If you want to change your settings as a learner, you can go to the Settings tab found under your profile menu. There are multiple settings available. This article gives an overview of the available settings, and the articles that help you understand them.

Navigation: UKG Learning > My Avatar > Settings

Access Your Settings

1. Select your avatar in the top-right corner.
2. From the drop-down menu, select Settings.

Account Settings

Select the View Account Settings link to:

• Update My Email Address

Privacy and Preferences

Select the Privacy and Preferences link to:

• Set Your Time Zone
• Set your preferred date format
• Select your landing page (academy and workspace)
• Exclude Myself from Reporting (under Academy options)
• Change your privacy settings

Integrations

Select the View Integrations link to:

• Connect a Zoom Account to a Personal Profile
• Connect a Personal GoToTraining Account
• Connect a Personal WebEx Account
• Connect Your Personal Profile with Your Microsoft Teams for Business Account

Purchases

Select the View Purchases link to:

• View your personal invoices

Notifications

Select the View Notification link to:

• Control the Email Notifications You Receive

Sidebar

Select the View Sidebar link to:

• Manage the Sidebar (Learner)
