Default Worskspace Per Role

The workspace on which an individual lands upon their login is determined with the following process in the order and priority listed:

Note:
The individual will land on the top-most menu option in their respective workspace.

  1. Admin system/academy role — Academy Admin Workspace
  2. Training Manager system/academy role — Training Admin Workspace
  3. HR Manager system/academy role — Development Admin Workspace
  4. Manage Members permission — Academy Admin Workspace
  5. Team Workspace access per permissions — Team Workspace
  6. Training Admin Workspace access per permissions — Training Admin Workspace
  7. Development Workspace access per permissions — Development Admin Workspace
  8. None of these — Learner Workspace

Adjust Your Workspace Landing Page

Navigation: UKG Learning > My Avatar > Settings > View privacy and preferences > Landing Page

 

  1. Select the Academy you want to open when you log in.
  2. Select the Workspace you want to open when you log in.
  3. Those with Academy Admin access can also select their default Academy Workspace section. Choices are automatically saved.
