Within My Training, learners can easily see their progress for various categories and the next recommended steps.
To enable this feature, the Academy Admin needs to turn on the following Members' Dashboard Settings:

Show job and skill

Show career path

Show transitions filter

Show compliance filter from
Activate Member's Dashboard Settings
These settings need to be turned on by an Academy Admin.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Settings > Academy
- Expand the Members' dashboard section.
- Turn On the toggles for the categories you want learners to be able to see the dashboards for.
- Select Save.
Find Your Mini Dashboards
Navigation: UKG Learning > Learner Workspace > Training > My Training
- Select the In progress tab. To be able to see your dashboards, the streams should be sorted on viewed by objective.
- Next to the stream you want to see the progress of, select the More drop-down menu, and choose Check your progress.
Understand Your Mini Dashboards
Compliance Training
Course Compliance Score: Here you can see the total amount of Compliance Courses assigned to you, how many you have completed, and when your next compliance training is due.
Next Steps: Here you have a list of the next steps for your Courses in the Compliance Category, and which percentage of completion you will be at after taking this training.
Learning Paths Compliance Score: Here you can see the total amount of Compliance Learning Paths assigned to you, how many you have completed, and when your next compliance training is due.
Next Steps: Here you have a list of the next steps for your Learning Paths in the Compliance Category, and which percentage of completion you will be at after taking this training.
Career Path
Career Path - Job Title: The job title here tells you which career path you are looking at. You can switch jobs by choosing Select Job.
Job Strength: Your overall job strength for this career path.
Progress in required skills: Your current score for the required skills compared to the recommended score for this career path.
Next Steps: Training recommended for this career path that will improve your job score.
Job Skills
Job Skills - Job Title: The job title here tells you which of your current jobs you are looking at. You can switch jobs by clicking Select Job.
Job Strength: Your overall job strength for your job.
Progress in required skills: Your current score for the required skills compared to the recommended score for this job.
Next Steps: Training recommended for this job that will improve your job score.
Self Development
Training Progress: Your current progress in the training you yourself choose to enroll in.
Progress in non-required skills: Your progress in skills that aren't required for your current job.
Next Steps: Upcoming training that you enrolled in that helps you achieve your personal development goals.
Transitions
Transitions - Profile: The name of the profile shows which transitions profile this dashboard shows. If you are in multiple transitions profiles, you can switch by selecting Select profile.
Transitions Completion: Shows how much of your transitions you have completed, if there are any delays, and when the transitions profile was assigned.
Completed Steps: Shows which parts of the transitions profile you have already completed.
Next Steps: Shows the next steps in the transitions profile and how far completing it would bring the total completion.
