Restore an Archived Learning Path

You can easily restore learning paths you have archived if you need to use them again.

Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Learning Paths

  1. Filter the status by Archived.
  2. Select the learning path from the list that appears.
  3. Select Unarchive Learning Path.

 

 

Note:

If users were not unassigned prior to the course being archived, once the course is unarchived their progress appears as it did prior to the course being archived.

The Unarchive Learning Path button may remain unavailable until the archival process is finished. If the button is unavailable, wait and return to the page later.
