This functionality has the potential of changing the navigational properties of your academy. Provided training and support has been developed with the default configuration in mind.
The Workspace Editor allows you to customize the navigational structure of your academy by rearranging, renaming and merging workspaces.
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Academy Admin > Configuration > General > Workspace Editor
Customize Workspaces
Within the Workspace Editor, you can:
Rearrange Workspaces: Drag and drop each workspace to your desired position.
Merge Workspaces: Combine multiple workspaces under a single one to streamline navigation.
Merge Workspaces
- Expand any workspace and select the workspaces to merge it with.
- (Optional) Rename the new, combined workspace and select new icon for it.
- After configuring the workspace, select Merge to apply your changes.
- Select Save changes.
Merging all workspaces into one removes the workspace bar, effectively eliminating workspaces. Restore the bar by unmerging one or more workspaces.
Unmerge Workspaces
Return to the Workspace Editor.
Deselect the applicable workspace(s).
Select Merge.
Select Save Changes.
