When creating a new in-class or virtual event, you can configure it as either Invitation-based or Registration-based.
If you choose Invitation-based, you will need to invite learners to join the event.
Invite Learners to an Invitation-Based Event
Navigation: UKG Learning > Team Workspace > Instructor-Led Training
- Use the Registration type filter and select the Invitation-based checkbox.
- Locate the desired event and its offering.
- Select the three-dot menu next to the offering title.
- Select Invite team members.
On the next page, choose how to invite learners:
By Person: Invite team members individually.
By Criteria: Use advanced selection based on the organizational structure.
Once you have completed your selection, select Invite to send invitations.
