If you’ve invited learners to enroll in courses or learning paths using the Invite Learners page, you can track the status of those invitations directly within the platform.
Access the Invite Status Page
Navigation: UKG Learning > Team Workspace > Self-Paced Training > Invite Status
Here you can view and manage your sent invitations.
This page helps you confirm who has accepted or not yet responded to an invitation, so you can follow up or take further action as needed.
Filtering is done by training category.
Pending enrollments for each invitation are displayed.
Selecting the course reveals the complete list, and allows for deletion as needed.
