You may notice some updates to your academy’s branding after switching to the new user interface. This article will walk you through these changes and provide simple steps to ensure your academy’s look and feel are perfectly aligned with the new design.
Updates to Branding
After transitioning to the new design, you may observe the following adjustments:
Login Page Logos: The logos on the login page may appear resized or slightly adjusted to fit the new layout.
Homepage banner: By default, the homepage banner will display Academy Admin when you access the Academy Workspace > Academy Admin section.
These updates stem from the enhanced design framework.
Update Your Branding
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Academy Admin > Settings > General > Academy Branding.
Locate the Login Page section and select Open Editor.
Upload your square or rectangular logos to best fit the new design. For optimal results, use the recommended dimensions: 400×400 px for square logos and 400×100 px for rectangular logos.
From the same branding settings, you can update your homepage banner. The banner can be leveraged as the main image for your academy. It can be seen on all workspaces by all users.
A Note on Workspaces
In the Classic Experience, the academy’s name was displayed in the corner of the screen. In the new user interface, the introduction of workspaces enhances clarity by updating the text in the left corner to reflect your current location. For example, when you’re on the My Training page within the Learner Workspace, the text will display My Training.
This is a key part of the new design's navigation, providing more context about your current location within the platform.
