Overview
Tracking your team’s training compliance helps ensure everyone stays current with assigned learning.
On the Compliance dashboard under the My team dashboard tab, you’ll see a high-level compliance score. This score shows the total number of compliant and non-compliant employees.
At times, you may need more detail. You can sort and export the data to identify non-compliant users and follow up as needed.
View non-compliant users on the dashboard
Sort the list
On the Employees tab, you can review each user’s compliance rate.
To bring non-compliant users to the top of the list:
Select the Compliance rate column header.
Sort the data from low to high.
This quickly surfaces users with the lowest — or 0% — compliance rates, making it easy to identify who needs to complete training.
Export data for follow-up
You can export the data to share with managers or review in more detail. The Excel export icon becomes active after you apply an organizational filter.
To apply a filter, select an Above unit, Unit, or Job from the dashboard filters.
Once a filter is applied, the export icon becomes available.Select the export icon.

Use report builder for advanced filtering
For a more targeted view, use Report Builder to focus specifically on non-compliant users.
- Generate a Compliance courses count per user report.
- Add the fields you want to include.
Apply the default Average compliance rate filter to identify users who have not met compliance requirements.
Once the report is ready, export it to Excel for further review or to share.
