Mass Upload Supporting Document for All Users Button Availability

Overview

When you try to upload a supporting document, the Mass upload supporting document for all users button may appear inactive.

This is expected behavior. The button becomes active only after you complete a required selection.

The system requires you to select an organizational node before you upload a document.

You must choose either:

  • A Unit, or

  • An Above unit

Until you make this selection, the system cannot determine which users should receive the supporting document. As a result, the upload button remains disabled.

Activate the button

Select the appropriate Unit or Above unit from the organizational structure.

Once selected, the button becomes active immediately.

You can then proceed with the document upload.

Summary

The inactive button is expected behavior.

Select a Unit or Above unit first, and the system activates the upload option.
