Course Lecture Details in Report Builder

To identify which lectures are included in your courses and view details such as lecture title and lecture type, use the appropriate fields in the Report Builder.

Use the Courses steps info report

To retrieve lecture details, use the Courses Steps Info Report in the Report Builder.

This report includes fields that display the name and type of each step within your courses.

Add the required fields

When configuring your report, include the following fields:

  • Step Title

  • Step Type

  • Lecture Type

These fields provide the key details needed to identify course content.

Step type field

The Step Type field identifies the type of course step.

Possible values include:

  • Lecture

  • Exam

  • Poll

  • In-Class Training Event

  • Virtual Event

  • On the Job Training

Use this field to distinguish between different types of course activities.

Lecture type field

The Lecture Type field identifies the format of the lecture.

Possible values include:

  • Document

  • SCORM

  • Image

  • Audio

  • Video

  • Website

Use this field to determine the delivery format of each lecture.
