You may continue to receive notifications for a course that was previously included in a subscription package, even after the course is removed from that package. This is expected behavior.
Explanation

- My Training displays all courses you are enrolled in, regardless of whether they are still part of a subscription package.
- Reporting Dashboard displays only courses that are currently included in a subscription package. This applies specifically to external courses.
