As an Academy instructor, you can add a promotional video or logo to a course. The video or logo appears on the course's About page.
Add a promotional video to a course
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Courses > Edit Course > Edit Promotional Video & Logos
Select Import a video.
Note:
The video must be publicly accessible and hosted on a supported streaming platform, such as YouTube or Vimeo.
- Select Save. After you save your changes, the promotional video appears on the course's About page.
Add a promotional logo to a course
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manage Training > Courses > Edit Course > Edit Promotional Video & Logos
Select Upload Logo.
Note:
The recommended image dimensions are 200 x 70 pixels.
- Select Save. After you save your changes, the promotional logo appears on the course's About page.
