If your academy includes externally purchased content, you may receive email notifications when courses are retired or approaching retirement. These notifications include:
- A course was recently retired
- A course is set to retire soon
You can adjust how often you receive these notifications or turn them off entirely.
Review notification settings periodically to ensure they align with your organization's processes, especially if you use external content regularly.
When to use this
Follow the steps below when you want to:
- Reduce how often you receive notification emails
- Change the notification frequency (for example, from Daily to Monthly)
- Turn off notifications for retired courses
Update notification settings
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Notifications > Reminders > Training > General
- Select A course that was recently retired.
- Update the notification:
- To stop notifications, turn the notification off
- To change frequency, select a new option (for example, Monthly)
- Select Save. After you update the setting:
- You receive notifications based on the selected frequency
- If disabled, you no longer receive emails for retired courses
- You can update this setting at any time
