Supervisors may see different compliance data in the Employees and Training views of the Compliance Dashboard. Below, we walk you through why these differences occur and how to ensure supervisors have consistent access to Compliance information across the views.
Example scenario
A supervisor reports different data when navigating to the following pages:
- Employees page: UKG Learning > Team Workspace > My Team Dashboard > Compliance > Employees
- Training page: UKG Learning > Team Workspace > My Team Dashboard > Compliance > Training
On the Employees page, the Compliance Score view is empty.
On the Training page, Compliance Score data appears as expected.
Why this happens
This behavior occurs when the Show all courses and learning paths setting is turned off in the Academy Admin Control Panel (UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Academy Admin > Settings > Control Panel > Reporting visibility rules).
When this setting is disabled, only users with specific roles or permissions can view full compliance data.
The following users can view populated compliance data on both pages:
- Administrators
- Training Managers
- HR Managers
- Users with the Assess Members' Skills permission
If a supervisor does not have one of these roles or permissions and the setting is disabled:
- The Employees page does not display data.
- The Training page may still display data, as it reflects overall training progress rather than individual employee compliance scores.
Recommendation
To provide broader access to compliance data:
- Enable the Show all courses and learning paths setting.
- Assign the Assess Members' Skills permission, or assign a role that includes this permission, to the supervisor.
