Changes to the New Experience release schedule

Attention: All Learning customers

The following is the rollout schedule to migrate all customers to the New Experience and explains the exception options we are offering to customers who request one.

Important: Customers who select Option 1 in the table below (no request to delay or move to New Experience earlier), will have all users in their system (except Admins who will maintain the toggle option) switched to the New Experience on August 6th at 3am EST.

In alignment with UKG’s Suite Principles Feature Release guidelines, we have adjusted the release schedule as follows:

New Experience rollout schedule

Web

  • August 6th: All Learning roles* (except for Admins) are placed into the New Experience.  They no longer have access to toggle between Classic and New Experience.
  • November 5th: Legacy is sunsetted. All Learning roles including Admins are placed into the New Experience.

*All Learning roles:  Learners, Content Managers, Training Managers, and Permissioned users no longer have access to the preview option and will be required to use the New Experience.

Note: As a reminder, beginning February 9th, you were able to activate a toggle that lets Learners and Permissioned users switch between the Classic and New Experience, giving them early access to the updated interface.

Mobile early adopter

  • TBD (Pending Apple’s approval): All customers who asked to opt-in to test the New Mobile Experience will see a new link in the UKG Pro Learning app titled "Learning 2.0".  Communication emails will go out to Admins who have opted-in at least 1-2 weeks before deployment date with further details.
