On the Polls page (Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Polls), downloaded PDF report from View Close-ended Results does not display the number of users who answered each closed-ended question.
This behavior is expected.
View poll results with user counts
To view both the percentage and the number of users who selected each answer, use the Poll Results page.
- From the Polls page, select the three-dot (More) menu next to a poll.
- Select Poll Results.
- Hover over each bar in the chart to view:
- The percentage
- The total number of users who selected each response
Important:
The PDF report displays percentages only. It does not include the number of users per response.
