Understand access tracking
You can track how often a learner returns to a course or reopens specific lectures. This information helps you assess engagement and verify repeated training activity.
Use the Attempts column in the user reporting area to view this data.
View user access attempts
To view how many times a user accessed a course or its lectures:
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Academy Admin > Organization > Manage Team Members
- Select the user you want to review.
- Select View Reporting.
- Locate the course.
- Select Details to expand the course information and view the Attempts column, which shows how many times the user accessed or interacted with the lectures in that course.
Important:
The Attempts column reflects access to lectures within a course. It does not indicate course completion status.
