The Upcoming Due Dates gadget helps learners view and track upcoming training deadlines from the Homepage Workspace.
Set up the Upcoming Due Dates gadget
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Academy Admin > Configuration > General > Homepage Editor
- Select the Homepage Workspace configuration you want to update. You can select one of the default configurations or a custom configuration.
- Select Choose Gadget, then select Upcoming Due Dates.
- Select Add.
- Save the configuration.
Note: The Upcoming Due Dates gadget is available on the web application only.
Upcoming Due Dates gadget functionality
The gadget displays up to 16 courses and learning paths that:
- Have not been completed.
- Are assigned or enrolled for the logged-in user.
- Have an upcoming due date.
For each item, the gadget displays:
- Thumbnail
- Enrolled or Assigned label
- Enrollment or assignment date
- Due date
- Training title
- Quick View (when hovering over the thumbnail)
Learners can sort items by:
- Due date
- Oldest to newest
- Newest to oldest
- Alphabetically
- A to Z
- Z to A
- Progress
- Least to most
- Most to least
Selecting View All opens the In Progress tab on the My Training page with the Due soon and Due today filters already applied.
