The My Annotations gadget helps learners access and review annotations they have created within their training.
Set Up the My Annotations Gadget
Navigation: UKG Learning > Academy Workspace > Academy Admin > Configuration > General > Homepage Editor
- Select the Homepage Workspace configuration you want to update. You can select one of the default configurations or a custom configuration.
- Select Choose Gadget, then select My Annotations.
- Select Add.
- Select Save.
Note: The My Annotations gadget is available on the web application only.
My Annotations gadget functionality
The gadget displays annotations created by the logged-in user within their courses. It displays up to 20 courses that contain annotations.
For each annotation, the gadget displays:
- Training title
- Annotation type
Selecting an annotation opens the My Annotations page for that course.
On the My Annotations page, learners can view all annotations for the selected training. Selecting the Eye icon opens the annotation at its location within the training content.
